From time to time, you may need to reorder a garment (or a piece of it). There are several reasons for this:
- The customer is not satisfied with the measurements, and the garment cannot be altered in-store.
- A wrong fabric was selected while designing the garment.
- A design option is missing and it is not possible to fix it in-store.
- Etc.
If it happens, here is how to proceed:
- From the cart where the initial garment was created, click on the three-dot button that you see on the far right of the item box (see picture below).
- Hit "Remake" on the pop-up that opens (see picture below).

- From the box that appears, all you have to do is:
- Select the part you want to remake (if it is a two-piece or a three-piece suit).
- Select the type of issue that is causing the remake (see picture below).
- Put some details to explain the issue (see picture below). This part is mandatory and helps us a lot to improve our processes.
- Click on "Save".

- At this point, the remake is created.
- Of course, you can edit it if you have to change the design (you can also update the measurement profile if needed).
- When everything is set, all you need to do is place the order (see picture below).
- After placing it, the remake will go through the same production stages as a normal item.

- When it comes to shirts, you are also able to reorder pieces only.
- To do so, click on "Remake Piece" instead of "Remake" from the far right three-dot button (see picture below).

- From the pop-up that shows, you have to:
- Select either a free remake (pictogram on the left) or a remake that will be charged to the client (pictogram on the right). See picture below.
- Choose the part you want to order (cuff, collar or pocket) and click on "Create" (see picture below).

- Just like with a full garment, you can edit the piece and/or update the measurement profile if needed (see picture below).
- When ready, place the order ; the piece will go through the same production stages as a normal item.
