When facing tight deadlines, consider whether rushing production is necessary. There are a few factors to consider when planning a potential rush request, the most important one being the estimated start of production date provided by the platform.
Using In-House/Stocked Fabrics (Yolanda, Terio):
- Ship date in 2.5 weeks or less: Request a rush.
- Ship date around 3 weeks or more: Wait for the production end date, available 2-3 days after ordering.
- If the end of production date exceeds your desired shipping date: Submit a rush form immediately to avoid higher costs.
Using Fabrics from Supplier Categories 1 through 3 (see supplier categories here):
- Ship date in 3 weeks: Request a rush.
- Ship date in less than 3 weeks: You can try it but we recommend you choose another fabric to meet the deadline.
- Ship date in over 5-6 weeks: Wait for the production end date, available about 2-3 weeks after ordering.
- If the end of production date exceeds your desired shipping date: Submit a rush form immediately.
How to Submit a Rush Request
- Open the cart and select the items to be rushed.
- Select "Rush Orders" from the Bulk Actions drop-down menu.
- Fill out the form shown below.
Important Tips for Submitting a Rush Request
- Once submitted, a rush request cannot be canceled !!
- Orders already in production cannot be rushed.
- Fabric shortages may cause a temporary halt of 1-2 weeks (when an order moved to Halted status).
- Special orders, fixed styles or custom linings can delay turnaround time or rush possibility.
- Rush requests are only available for RC/Kutesmart/Yolanda orders.
- Rush dates are not guaranteed; the maker must confirm if the requested shipping date can be met.
- Charges are based on MTM.Design monitoring items + the number of days moved up in the production queue.

*** You WILL be charged according to the chart when a rush order is confirmed.
